General School Fee & Other Costs
General Purpose Fees 2010/11
- General Purpose Fee (all students)
€60 for one student, €100 for two sisters, €120 for three sisters
- Pupil Personal Insurance form and money (all students)
€5 per pupil for activities during school hours and €8 per pupil for 24 hour cover
- School journal (all students)
€8.50
- Art fee (Art students only)
€20 for 2nd and 3rd Yr Art students, €10 for 1st, 5th and 6th Yr Art students
- Transition Year student fee

As you know, we rely on the General Purpose Fee to cover major expenses such as photocopying, lockers, use of school equipment, guest speakers, etc. The fee may be paid all at once or by instalments, arranged with your daughter’s Class Tutor.
Pupil Personal Accident Insurance.
The Board of Management requires that all students take out this insurance which costs only €5 per pupil for activities during school hours and €8 per pupil for 24 hour cover.
Pre Examinations.
3rd Year and 6th Year students will sit their Pre-Junior and Pre-Leaving Cert. exams in February. Payment for the Pre-Exam Fees will be due in late January. While students from families with Medical Cards do not pay fees for the State Examinations, unfortunately, no such concession applies for the Pre-Exams. The fees may be paid by instalment.
Uniform.
We appreciate your support in ensuring that students wear the full uniform to school every day. Please note that make-up is not part of the uniform. As far as jewellery is concerned, students may wear a ring, a watch and a pair of small earrings. Click here more on the school uniform.
Supervised Study
Supervised study will begin in early September. This extra service has to be financially viable. There is a fee each year which must be paid in advance in three instalments: at the beginning of September, the beginning of December the beginning of March.
