Health & Safety.
Students who use inhalers are reminded to bring their own inhalers to school with them every day.  We have been advised by medical authorities that it is unwise and may be dangerous to use inhalers prescribed for others.   A medical note is required for any students using crutches.
During the Summer C.C.T.V. cameras were installed as a security precaution.  Work was done on four of our six student bathrooms and on the staffroom.  In the coming weeks some fire prevention work will be carried out in the Senior Building.  It is essential to keep the school buildings in good condition, and the Board of Management is very grateful to you for your support of the various Parents’ Council fundraising events.

There are notices for fire drill procedures throughout the school and we have regular fire drills. The Health and Safety situation for both staff and students is monitored on an ongoing basis.
