Calendar Changes - February 2010
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have had to make a few changes to the school calendar in the month of February.
-
The First Year Parent-Teacher meeting on Wednesday, 10th February will take place from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m., so classes will finish at 12.55 p.m. This is the last Parent-Teacher meeting of the school year.
-
On Thursday, February 11th, the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and our School Feast Day, we were due to have our school Mass and half-day. We are changing this to Friday, February 12th to facilitate the teachers and students going on the school skiing trip to Bulgaria. (Their flight has been changed from Dublin to Belfast, so they have to leave early on Friday afternoon). Students will finish school at 12.55 p.m.
There are some meetings coming up which I would like to remind you of.
- Wed Feb. 3rd - Information meeting for Third Year students and parents at 7.30 p.m.
- Wed Feb. 3rd - Information meeting for Transition Year students and parents at 8.15 p.m.
Wed Feb. 24th - Study Skills Information meeting for all interested parents at 7.30 p.m.
-
The deadline for Transition Year and incoming First Year applications is Friday, Feb. 12th.
